This notice explains how Worxflow ("we", "us") uses the personal information you give us through this website.

Who we are

Worxflow runs MessageRoom, a virtual office service. We are responsible for the personal information described here. You can contact us about it at designer@obv.one.

What we collect

When you fill in the sign-up form we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, whether you want a new number or to keep your own, the town for a new number, what your business does, and anything else you choose to tell us.

Why we use it

We use these details to contact you about your enquiry and to set up your post box, phone number and receptionist. Our lawful basis is that you have asked us to take these steps before entering into a contract with us. We won't send you marketing unless you agree to it.

Who we share it with

Your details are stored on our web server and sent to our own inbox. We use trusted providers to host the website and handle email for us. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else for their own use.

How long we keep it

If you become a customer, we keep your details for as long as you use the service and as required by law afterwards. If you don't, we delete your enquiry within 12 months.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and its fonts are served from our own server. A single essential cookie is used only when our staff sign in to manage the website.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email designer@obv.one and we'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
